Problem: Today, more and more people need to maintain and restore their physical and mental health. Returning from the front, our soldiers need rehabilitation. Most people require water rehabilitation. Therapeutic and health swimming helps to recover. Therapeutic swimming is an effective way to prevent musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, and nervous system pathologies. It provides an opportunity to restore and strengthen the body after injuries and illnesses. Health swimming is part of the rehabilitation program for adults and children. During the years of war, children have been less active, and the pool will become a new space for their physical development. Regular swimming helps to ensure proper physical activity and rehabilitate after various diseases and injuries. In some particularly severe cases, pool exercises are the only possible way to restore essential functions.
Project goal: To create a modern center for rehabilitation, health improvement, and development.
Effect: The implementation of the project will allow the community to:
✅ Provide support, recovery, and rehabilitation for veterans;
✅ Create a modern, inclusive (barrier-free) space for rehabilitation, health improvement, and development;
✅ Ensure a reduction in morbidity rates;
✅ Encourage residents of various age groups to lead a healthy lifestyle;
✅ Create new jobs.
Needs:
- Successful adoption and funding of the project idea;
- Preparation of technical documents - design and estimate documentation, permits, certificates, and other documentation;
- Finding a contractor and construction;
- Organization of the enterprise's operation, equipping with materials and technical base, and recruitment of staff;
- Commissioning, monitoring, and control of activities.
Total project cost: 8,703.083 thousand euros.
