SOCIAL PROTECTION
Issues: Due to the location of the "Tavrii psychoneurological boarding school with a geriatric department" in the territory of active hostilities, the buildings were partially destroyed, which makes the functioning of this institution (provision of social services for the elderly and people with disabilities) impossible.
Purpose: Resumption of work of the "Tavrii psychoneurological boarding school with a geriatric department" and accommodation of less mobile population groups and persons with disabilities from the frontline zone and from the territories where active hostilities are taking place. Wards from regional residential institutions will be transferred to the boarding school after de-occupation. It is also planned to return 407 wards, which were evacuated to safer regions of Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
Effect:
✅ Provision of high-quality care services for the elderly and persons with disabilities
✅Increasing the quality of medical care according to the direction of the institution's work
✅ Creation of additional jobs
Need:
➡️ Financial: funds for the repair of damaged buildings, the purchase of medical equipment, furniture, plumbing and household items, the purchase of equipment for transporting patients
➡️ Technical: development of project and estimate documentation, provision of special equipment and equipment
➡️ Logistic: delivery of necessary equipment and machinery to the construction site
The total cost of the project: 0.4 million euros.
