SAFE EDUCATION
For 4 years in the Zaporizhzhia region, education in schools took place online. Because of this, children were not fed.
Project goal: Comprehensive solution of the organization of school meals using the "Kitchen Factory" technological model, production of food products to provide food for students.
The construction of a kitchen factory will allow:
✅provide hot, high-quality meals to 15,000 students studying full-time in the shelters of educational institutions
✅guarantee the quality and safety of the finished product
✅achieve savings due to the scale of product supply
✅overcome corruption risks in the process of food production
✅if necessary, quickly reorient to other categories of the population (military, displaced persons, etc.)
Need:
➡️building materials for the construction and equipment of the premises of the kitchen factory
➡️equipment of school canteens
➡️special transport for transporting ready-made food
Total project cost: 7.6 million euros.
