Major repairs of a residential building at 44 Sobornyi Avenue in Zaporizhzhia with the restoration of load-bearing structures damaged by a rocket attack

As a result of enemy shelling, a residential building at 44 Sobornyi Avenue in Zaporizhzhya was partially destroyed. Structures, internal engineering networks and equipment were damaged.

Project Objective: Restore the destroyed part of the building and overhaul the entire building with thermal modernization and landscaping.

Effect:

✅ Restoration of the housing stock in Zaporizhzhia

✅ Provision of housing for 35 residents who were left homeless as a result of hostile shelling

✅ Revival of a component of the historical area of Zaporizhzhia

✅ Restoration of small business in the building

Needs:

➡️ Financial: funds for restoration work, purchase of construction materials and payment of contractors' labor.

➡️ Technical: construction machinery and other equipment for reconstruction work

➡️ Logistics: delivery of the necessary equipment and machinery to the installation site

Total project cost: EUR 2.9 million.
