HOUSING CONSTRUCTION
As a result of enemy shelling, a residential building at 8 Zestafonska Street in Zaporizhzhia was partially destroyed. Structures, internal engineering networks and equipment were damaged.
Project Objective: Carry out major repairs of block sections No. 1, 2 with mandatory thermal modernization. Repair of damaged apartments, facades and roofs, balconies, stairwells, basements and utilities. Dismantling of the 3rd and 4th entrances.
Effect:
✅ Reconstruction of the housing stock in Zaporizhzhia
✅ Restoration of housing for residents of 72 apartments
Needs:
➡️ Financial: funds for restoration work, purchase of construction materials and payment of contractors' labor
➡️ Technical: the need to finalize technical documentation taking into account the condition of the structures. The need for construction machinery and other equipment for restoration work
➡️ Logistics: delivery of the necessary equipment and machinery to the installation site
Total project cost: EUR 2.5 million.
