Project objective:
Ensuring the availability of public services provided to the population of the territorial community - primarily to protect the population and territories from fires and emergencies, as well as to ensure public safety
Effect:
✅ Possibility of round-the-clock response to requests for emergency assistance
✅ Increased public confidence in local authorities, in the new institution, participation of residents in joint programs with local authorities on crisis prevention and management, training sessions, involvement of school-age children in training and simulation games at the Community Safety Center
✅ Achievement of the standard of response during crisis situations: 10 minutes in urban areas and a maximum of 20 minutes in rural areas remote from the community center
✅ Increasing the number of volunteer firefighters and other volunteers who will become a reserve for the local fire brigade
✅ Creating opportunities to save lives and property during emergencies and reduce the risk of irreparable losses.
✅ Creation of a qualitatively new safe environment in the community, where the life and health of the resident is the main value, and all the priorities of the local authorities are based on this
✅ Preservation of agricultural land and reduction of crop losses
Need:
➡️ Preparation of project documentation for the construction of the Safety Center
➡️ Financing the construction of the Security Center
➡️ Procurement of emergency equipment, supplies and material reserves
➡️ Providing education and training for the Security Center staff
➡️ Support for public education programs on safety issues
Total project cost: EUR 0.6 million.
