SAFE EDUCATION

Problem: Under martial law, the safety of children is of particular importance. In the absence of a shelter, it is impossible to organise the educational process in a face-to-face format in a preschool education institution.

Project Objective: to ensure a high-quality and safe educational process in the region in a face-to-face format.

Effect:

The construction of the radiation shelter will allow to

✅ create a safe educational environment

✅conduct classes in a face-to-face format for children in a preschool education institution

✅conduct in-person classes for children from other educational institutions located nearby (at a distance of up to 2 km)

The allocation of a land plot with sports grounds is considered for the placement of the radiation shelter. In the future, dual use of the protective structure with the restored sports infrastructure is possible.

Needs:

➡️materials and equipment for the construction of a dual-purpose structure (with the protective properties of an anti-radiation shelter)

➡️equipment for a sanitary and hygienic room

➡️furniture that meets the needs of preschool children

Total project cost: EUR 1.6 million
