Problem: outdated infrastructure and limited capacity of existing libraries. Lack of an inclusive environment in libraries, which limits access to knowledge and information for people with disabilities.
Project objective: To create a modern, safe, and multifunctional space based on a library

Inclusive environment that promotes equal access to information and knowledge for people with disabilities
Strengthening the role of the library as a center of community life and development
Needs:
➡️ Financial: allocation of funds to create a modern, safe and multifunctional space on the basis of the regional universal scientific library
➡️ Technical: equipping the library with modern equipment and technologies, including computers, projectors, touch screens and high-speed internet
Total project cost: EUR 2.8 million
